The rotary RTO,also known as a Rcrotary Energy Storage High-Temperature Incineration Eouipment, oxidizes combustible waste gas into corresponding oxides and water under high temperature, purifying the exhaust gas and recovering the heat released during the decomposition of exhaust gas. The decomposition efficiency of exhaust gas is over95% to 99%,and the heat recovery efficiency is over 95%.

By utilizing variable frequency drum zeolite (activated carbon) to adsorb organic waste gas, low concentration and high air volume waste gas can be concentrated to high concentration and low air volume, thereby reducing equipment and operating costs and achieving efficient VOCs treatment. Utilizing the high-temperature gas mixture after catalytic combustion for desorption regeneration, achieving an uninterrupted adsorption desorption process.

Regenerative Incineration Device is an environmentally friendly device used to treat medium and high concentration organic waste gas. RTO regenerative thermal oxidizer oxidizes organic matter (VOCs) in waste gas into corresponding carbon dioxide and water at high temperature, thereby purifying waste gas and recovering the heat released when the waste gas is decomposed. The three-chamber RTO waste gas decomposition efficiency reaches more than 99%, and the heat recovery efficiency reaches more than 95%, which can reduce operating costs.

Activated carbon adsorption and desorption catalytic combustion device is an environmentally friendly device for organic treatment and management with high efficiency, energy saving and no secondary pollution. Activated carbon adsorption desorption catalytic combustion device is mainly used for the purification of harmful waste gas volatilized or leaked from painting and printing and the elimination of odor. It is suitable for low concentration (50-500ppm) of organic waste gas and can obtain satisfactory economic and social benefits.
