OPERATING PRINCIPLE

Air containing volatile organic compounds (VOCs) undergoes pre-filtration before entering the concentrator wheel's processing area. Within this zone, VOCs are adsorbed by specialized materials, purifying the air which is then released. The concentrated VOCs are desorbed and intensified (by 5~15 times) via thermal treatment in the regeneration zone. Following concentration, the VOCs undergo further heating in a heat exchanger before entering the direct combustion waste gas incinerator. Here, the combustible and harmful gases are raised to reaction temperature through high-temperature combustion, leading to oxidation decomposition. This process achieves an effective waste gas removal rate exceeding 98%, meeting national emission standards.
